Refund policy

Speed Army Ltd makes every kit to order in the UK. This policy explains when you can return a kit and how refunds work. It does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Catalogue kits: 30-day returns

You can return a catalogue kit (a standard kit bought from a product page, in any of the listed colours) within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason, as long as it is unused, not applied, and in its original packaging. This is more than the 14-day cancellation period required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Email speedarmydecals@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we will send you the return address.
  • Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.
  • Decals that have been applied, even once, cannot be reused and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Custom and personalised kits

Kits made to your own specification cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once we have started making them (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)). This covers:

  • designs made in our online designers (wheel stripe designer, racing stripe designer and racing numbers designer);
  • kits with your own text, numbers, names or logos;
  • custom sizes, custom models and the Custom Wheel Wrap Kit.

If you change your mind, email us as soon as possible. If we have not started cutting your kit yet, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Please check your design carefully before ordering: spelling, numbers, colours and the vehicle or model you selected. Screen previews are to scale but are not a print proof, and colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your kit arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will put it right, whether it is a catalogue kit or a custom one. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem, and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any postage you paid.

Please do not apply a kit you think is wrong: send us photos first so we can check it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check a returned kit, or agree a refund for a faulty one, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

Fitting

We cannot accept returns or give refunds for kits damaged during fitting, applied to an unsuitable surface (for example fresh paint, damaged lacquer or a dirty surface), or removed after fitting. Fitting instructions are included and are also on our website.
